PACKAGES + PRICING
As your true partner, we’re committed to creating an arrangement that works for you in the most valuable, efficient and intentional way possible. Because of that, we offer baseline packages or custom project-based, hourly, and monthy retainer options.
01–Packages
We know in a sea of marketing jargon, figuring out exactly what you need can be overwhelming. Our packages are meant to offer easy access and pricing info for our most popular services. And bonus, we offer a discount if you combine multiple packages in one go.
Branding
We offer brand packages that cover the Essentials (new or updated logo, with primary brand elements); Deluxe (brand identity system including essentials with some messaging and key collateral; Premium (comprehensive brand identity system with a full strategy identifying brand attributes, differentiators, value proposition, voice and tone, and target audiences) and Enterprise (the limit does not exist).

We offer website packages that cover the Simple (a custom-designed Squarespace or Shopify landing page); Premium (a custom Squarespace or Shopify hub for informing customers about their brand, products and/or services with more than 3 pages); and Enterprise (a custom website with a tailored content management system and functionality and content strategy with 10+ pages).

Digital Ads
We offer website packages that cover the Social (including custom designed templates for Facebook and Instagram feed and story ads with campaign set up to engage a social media audience); Google (including custom designed templates for popular Google Ad sized and campaign set up to engage a web browsing audience); and Social + Google (includes cohesive design templates and set up for social and Google).

02–Retainer
Unlisted offers ongoing, retainer-based consultancy that provides the most agile brands with senior-level creative direction and production on tap. No recruitment fees, no benefits packages, no agency bloat. Just top-shelf support that can do it all or integrates perfectly with your existing team.
It’s like a subscription service, but for your marketing. Simply put, a retainer means you get the rights to a set number of our hours per month. So, clients who require more consistent strategic, creative, production or consulting support.
Partnership
A retainer model partnership allows us to be the best partner of all — thinking long term, pivoting strategy and truly becoming engrained in your business. When you' lock in a retainer with us we become invested in your brand and marketing, considering your needs and using our full services from strategy to design to offer the most well-rounded approach and maximize results.

Website Maintenance
While we typically set you up to be self-sufficient in any basic updates needed after the launch of your site, we understand not everyone has the time or desire to maintain their website. Whether its just post-launch help or ongoing support our website maintenance packages cover anything from the basics like occasional text and image updates to functionality evolutions and tech support.

Client Maintenance
After more than 5 years in business we noticed sometimes clients just need support in their brand and marketing after we launch a project. Questions come up, issues arise, and we want to be accessible to you. So we offer client maintenance packages starting with simply staying an active client (so we’ll never be to busy to help you out) to more in-depth technical support as needed.

03–Project-based
Project based billing is usually a good option for clients with one or a series of projects with a clear and finite scope of work. Some examples are: marketing strategy, brand strategy, unique needs website, branding, or short-term print/digital campaigns that fall under our standard processes.

04–Hourly
Hourly-rate pricing is the best fit for a project that requires strategic and consulting services, additional contracted team or an indeterminate amount of on- and off-site hours. When using hourly rates, we will quote an estimated range for the range of hours up-front.
