  • A great brand begins with strategic planning. Sometimes organizations are tempted to skip this part and jump right to designing a logo. However, without a sound strategy that defines what makes you special, what problems you solve, and how you make people's lives better, even the most amazing logo won’t get the conversion you’re looking for. This step includes an output of Mission and Vision, Positioning Statement, Value Proposition, Key Attributes and Key Differentiators.

    Already have a clear business plan and marketing strategy? Cool. We’ll just do a consultation and have you fill out some docs to make sure it covers everything we need to execute a stellar brand.

  • A brand isn’t just about look and feel, it’s how it sounds — it’s personality. Brand goes beyond the exact words used when communicating to customers, but also how they’re used. Using consistent and genuine messaging is one of the fastest ways to connect with a wide audience and introduce them to a brand’s personality. In this step, we use your brand strategy to develop a list of Keywords, Key Phrases, Voice and Tone.

    We have brand packages that allow you to skip this step with us, but we always recommend considering your brand’s messaging internally. Minimally, we’ll have you fill out some information to make sure we have what we need to execute a visual brand for you.

  • Visually, a good brand means using the same color palette and fonts on your website, business cards, products, storefront and beyond.

    Visual Identity consists of all the graphic elements that make up your brand including the logo and its variations, iconography, fonts, patterns, colors and imagery. Not only does a well-executed visual identity make you more memorable, but it also builds trust. When people see your brand consistently represented with the same colors, fonts, images, etc., it proves you're legit and serious about what you do.

All campaign execution includes some strategy development during which we’ll help you set clear objectives for what you want to achieve. Campaigns can involve a range of media depending on what will best work for who you want to reach and what you want to accomplish.

  • An ongoing partnership can be one of the most fruitful options to promote and establish a brand presence. This type of dynamic has us truly integrating with your brand and team over time (minimum 3 months), maximizing our efficiency and often allowing for more strategic evolutions of your marketing.

OUR BACKGROUND

Our core team has extensive expertise in business development, brand strategy and creative production. We operate as your account managers, strategists and production. This means we’re able to seamlessly integrate with your team, and there’s no clunky and costly chain of command. A flexible billing structure allows us to work as strategic consultants and creative support separately at the same time as needed, which eliminates complicated or unexpected invoices.

OUR PROCESS

Our phased approach allows for maximum accountability and flexibility. A consulting partnership for any project begins with two core phases. During these phases we establish an understanding of your strengths, weaknesses and goals and output a high-level organized plan for execution on those goals.

  • Phase I is a review of current brand presence and marketing activities. Phase II we take a proactive approach in setting goals and developing a strategic plan for execution that identifies opportunities that support, maintain and evolve your brand presence and marketing activities.

  • Phase III is execution of Phase II planning. This may or may not include a partnership with Unlisted. Our ongoing services might include things like development of visual templates and/or support in-house team in executing overflow creative services graphic design, strategy, photography, content, copywriting, etc. If we discover you have in-house capabilities to successfully execute your ongoing needs, or your goals are in areas outside of our expertise, we can transfer the strategy and offer training or partnership on a consultation as-needed.
